- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience developing enterprise-level digital transformation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and governance
