- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and measure ROI against strategic goals
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/ML or quantum computing solutions at scale
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in agile development frameworks and innovation management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD Tech Strategy)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
