Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating emerging tech into core business operations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to enterprise-level impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level and investor audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience managing global innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies
