Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) with commercial potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across 15+ business units
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks to monitor tech disruption
- Drive innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual technology innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management preferred
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
