Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ opportunities in AI, quantum systems, and biotechnology
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and market demands
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into development pipelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
