- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (NFTs, Web3, neuromorphic computing) for commercial viability
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption and ROI of futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive tech products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock)
- Exceptional strategic planning with 10-year horizon visioning
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global tech ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech innovation implementations
