Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies into core business operations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Present technology forecasts and disruption risks to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement future-proof systems and processes
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year market horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation preferred
