Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology strategy development for 2026+ market readiness, aligning with business objectives and emerging trends
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and innovation hubs
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure strategic initiatives' impact on revenue and market share
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles with proven impact on market disruption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML implementation, quantum computing applications, or blockchain architecture
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
