As a Future Technologies Strategist, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and recommending cutting-edge technologies that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps and drive the adoption of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their potential industry impact by 2026
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for the next 5 years with clear 2026 milestones
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate new technologies
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor technology performance and adjust strategies based on emerging data
- Build partnerships with leading tech innovators and research institutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of researching and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation projects
- Deep knowledge of global tech ecosystems and startup landscapes
