Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps with phased implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
