Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Present findings to C-suite executives with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor competitor tech strategies and identify differentiation opportunities
- Define KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against milestones
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology assessment (e.g., CSTM)
