Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biodegradable hardware
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align executive vision with R&D initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in climate tech and neuro-interfaces
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets in emerging tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external investors
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 deployed future-tech solutions
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
