- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech R&D
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and ethical AI frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and next-gen infrastructure
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive technologies
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
