Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026 and beyond
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects with $5M+ annual budget
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary team of 15+ technologists
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching successful tech innovations to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
- Proficiency in data analytics tools for trend analysis
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
