Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology) into product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for high-impact projects
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching products using next-generation technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or spatial computing
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing technology roadmaps or innovation frameworks
