Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to foster disruptive thinking across departments
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, researchers, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI) preferred
