Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and sustainable energy systems
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advocate for responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
