Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align industry partners on 2026 tech adoption frameworks
- Produce whitepapers on ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance strategies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and pilot programs
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy roundtables
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies and scenario planning
- Analyze patent landscapes and emerging market disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of influencing tech policy at federal/international level
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for APAC/MEA market expansion)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
