Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for R&D projects
- Author thought leadership papers and patent disclosures
- Mentor junior strategists and collaborate with academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Fintech)
