As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to prototype next-gen solutions while ensuring ethical deployment and market readiness. You'll influence our innovation agenda through data-driven foresight and thought leadership in emerging tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Scan global tech landscape to identify disruptive innovations with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate feasibility and ROI of emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on emerging tech opportunities and risks
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups in emerging tech domains
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech implications
- Monitor regulatory and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products with future-forward technology components
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
