- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and innovation impact
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech deployment
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Engineering/Tech) or equivalent experience
- Experience working with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
