Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies across product development cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling technologies from lab to market ($50M+ product launches)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
