Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives aligning with market trends and future demands
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
