Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation implementation
- Present technology strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills for complex technical concepts
