Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, biotech fusion, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for acquisition/partnership
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with published research
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks
