- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory changes affecting future adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating into actionable plans
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with experience in scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $2M
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management preferred
