Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech) to forecast market disruption through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating new technologies with existing business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-driven risk/recommendations
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption and strategy
- Document innovation frameworks and methodologies for organizational scaling
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging technologies
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain/biotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
