Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess market readiness for 2026 integration
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and validate next-gen technologies in production environments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to access breakthrough innovations
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build frameworks for rapid tech adoption while mitigating implementation risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with C-suite communication experience
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or innovation strategy
