Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions with pilot programs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI for future initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership within tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning
