Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0) for strategic integration
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen innovations (AR/VR, biotech interfaces)
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption cycles (e.g., AI, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning abilities
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing Fundamentals) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech implementation projects
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Strategy or equivalent
