- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into core offerings
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry forums
- Build and manage $5M+ innovation budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with technology portfolio management
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
