Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Innovators program
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through grant applications and investor pitches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching 3+ disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or conferences
- Certification in Technology Futures Analysis or equivalent
- Fluency in English with strong presentation abilities
