Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping next-gen technologies
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present compelling technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments and allocate resources for high-impact innovation projects
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technologies and future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
