- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive patent development and IP protection for proprietary technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for future tech adoption

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
