Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI targets
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D
- Monitor regulatory trends and ethical frameworks shaping future tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive technologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
