Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends through market research, patent analysis, and global tech ecosystem monitoring
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotechnologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership publications, and industry conference engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing successful innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or patents in emerging technologies
