Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year market impact projections
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives and sustainability goals
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Identify and evaluate potential startup acquisitions and partnerships in emerging sectors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-tech concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or venture capital with focus on emerging markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven success in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
