Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR) for market viability and strategic integration
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of evaluating emerging technologies and implementing adoption strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investments
- Published thought leadership in technology trends or innovation
