- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory developments in emerging tech
- Manage technology innovation budgets and ROI analysis

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3 technologies
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
