Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and translating to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
