Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) targeting 2026 market adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and technology assessment to identify disruptive innovations
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps integrating new technologies into business operations
- Partner with product teams to incubate future-focused solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and global tech policy implications
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and proof-of-concept projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on strategic technology initiatives
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
