Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate disruptive technologies into core product portfolios
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify innovation opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Oversee technology incubation programs and pilot projects for breakthrough innovations
- Drive organizational change management to foster adoption of future-ready technologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or technology consulting at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching or scaling disruptive technologies in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Deep expertise in emerging technology landscapes and market dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certifications in technology management or strategy (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) highly desirable
