Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends with 5-year market impact potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation technologies in our advanced R&D labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present disruptive technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members, securing $10M+ annual innovation budgets
- Monitor quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications positioning InnovateFuture as the industry's future technology authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with PhD preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-facing technologies generating $50M+ revenue
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting or innovation ecosystems
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech regulations and their impact on 2026 commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent
