- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Partner with engineering and product teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused tech roadmaps (3-5 year horizon)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
