Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate quantum computing, AI, and biotech solutions into core business operations
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position company as a 2026 technology pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic technologies with real-world applications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future technologies on business growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a focus on emerging technologies
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
