- Partner with VPs of Product to integrate innovations into 3-year product pipelines
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead cross-functional task forces of 50+ engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present technology forecasts and disruption risks quarterly to Board of Directors
- Establish strategic partnerships with 10+ top-tier research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or biotech convergence
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience managing $3M+ budgets with 20%+ YoY innovation ROI
