Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on quantum-AI convergence
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous systems (DAS) and metaverse infrastructure
- Champion ethical AI governance and sustainable tech development across all projects
- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, futurists)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge research
- Mentor emerging talent in exponential technologies and future-proof methodologies
- Publish thought leadership in emerging tech trends and their societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with global impact
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with cross-functional team scaling in fast-paced environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit) and Python
