Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives with 50+ researchers
- Oversee AI ethics framework development for autonomous systems
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on sustainable tech incubation programs
- Present technology forecasts to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Manage $15M annual R&D budget across 3 innovation labs
- Secure patents for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at Fortune 100 tech firms
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market
- Deep knowledge of ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience securing DoD/NSF research grants
