Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams developing quantum computing and biotech solutions
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to integrate next-gen technologies into enterprise systems
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and patents annually
- Present strategic frameworks at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Mentor emerging engineers through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Drive ethical AI frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 20+ citations in quantum/AI fields
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (>$50M revenue impact)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing SBIR/NIH grants or similar innovation funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 100 technology boards
