- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 5 R&D labs globally
- Secure $10M+ in federal grants for emerging tech initiatives
- Author patents for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Present at Davos, CES, and MIT FutureTech conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record shipping production quantum systems (e.g., IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
